AGENDA 

   1.  Call meeting to order. Roll call. Confirm open meeting notice.
   2.  The Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to
Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for
the Board who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be
adopted by the Town in litigation in which it is or is likely to become
involved and pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of
deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing
of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever
competitive reasons require a closed session. During the closed session, the
Town of Eldorado and the Town of Nekimi Town Boards will discuss with
their legal representatives on strategies to be used pertaining to upcoming
solar projects.
